What we build

Most institutes say “we teach AI”.
We say we build AI.

These are the product categories our engineers work on at Bibha AI. Each one below is followed by the course where you learn to build it — because that's the actual relationship between our company and our classroom.

Anybody can put the word “AI” on a banner. It costs nothing and it proves nothing, which is why this year it's on every banner in the country.

So the only question worth asking any institute is: what did you build?

This page is our answer. Not a list of technologies we've heard of — the actual categories of product we ship, and the specific hard parts inside each one. When we teach voice agents, we're teaching you the latency problem we lost a week to. That's the difference, and it's the only one that matters.

Ask us to prove it

We demo these live — at seminars, and at the centre if you visit. A live demo is unforgiving: it either works in front of you or it doesn't. That's rather the point of doing it that way.

AI Voice Agent

Agents that speak, listen and hold a natural conversation.

A voice agent has to do three hard things at once: understand speech in a real Indian accent over a bad line, decide what the caller actually wants, and answer fast enough that the pause doesn't feel robotic. Miss the latency budget by half a second and the whole illusion collapses.

AI Calling

Outbound and inbound calling that handles real customer intent.

Putting an agent on an actual phone line means telephony, streaming audio, interruption handling and knowing what to do when the model stalls mid-sentence. This is where most demos die and real products are separated from toys.

AI Customer Support

Support that resolves, escalates and learns from every ticket.

The valuable skill isn't answering questions — it's knowing when to hand a human the conversation. Support agents live or die on grounding, escalation logic and never confidently inventing a refund policy.

AI Knowledge Base

Retrieval over your own documents, grounded and citable.

This is retrieval-augmented generation in production: chunking, embeddings, vector search, citations, and the discipline to make a model say 'I don't know' instead of guessing. It's the single most in-demand AI skill right now.

AI Sales Agent

Qualifies leads and books meetings without a script.

Sales agents need memory, state and tool access — they have to read a calendar, book a slot and remember what was said four turns ago. That's agent engineering, not prompting.

Automation

Workflows that remove the repetitive work from a business.

Most business value in AI right now isn't a chatbot — it's quietly deleting four hours of copy-paste a week. Unglamorous, extremely billable, and the easiest thing to freelance with.

Prompt Builder

Tooling to author, test and version prompts.

Once a prompt runs ten thousand times a day it's infrastructure, and it needs versioning, evaluation and regression testing like any other code. We built tooling for this because we needed it ourselves.

Chatbot

Assistants embedded where your customers already are.

The easy 80% takes a weekend. The last 20% — context, handoff, guardrails, not leaking your system prompt to a curious teenager — is the part that's actually engineering.

What this does and doesn't mean for you

What it means

  • You're taught by people who hit these problems at work, not people reading about them.
  • The syllabus moves when the industry moves, because we move with it.
  • The projects you build are versions of real products, so they hold up in an interview.
  • Bibha AI hires — and we'd already know your work.

What it doesn't mean

  • It doesn't mean you'll walk into a job. Being taught by working engineers raises your ceiling; it doesn't do the work for you.
  • It doesn't mean you'll build a production voice agent in week one. Foundations come first, and they're unskippable.
  • It doesn't mean being our student is a shortcut into our company. You'd be assessed like anyone else.

Want to watch one of these run?

Come to a demo class or catch us at a college seminar. We'll run a live product demo — and live demos have nowhere to hide.
