Six months, zero to portfolio.
This is the AI + Full Stack Career Program path in full. The shorter courses are slices of this same track — you can start small and continue later without repeating anything.
Read this before the pretty timeline below.
Six months is real, but it is not gentle. It works for students who show up and practise on the days they don't have class — roughly an hour, most days. It does not work for students who attend and never open a laptop in between.
There is a month — usually the first, sometimes the fourth — where you will feel stupid and want to stop. That's not a sign you can't do it. It's the actual sensation of learning something hard, and everyone who can now do this went through it.
If you give us six months of genuine effort, we'll give you everything we have. That's the trade, and we'd rather be honest about it now than take your money and let you find out in November.
Month 1
Foundations
The month where it stops feeling like magic.
You learn to program. Not to copy a tutorial — to sit with a problem, break it into steps, and write code that does what you meant. Most people quit in this month, and almost always because they expected it to feel easy. It won't. It's supposed to feel like learning an instrument.

Building for real
The month your family finally understands what you're doing.
You put something on the internet and send the link to your mother. That sounds trivial; it isn't. It's the first time the work becomes visible to other people, and it's the point where most students stop needing motivation from us.
By the end: A deployed, responsive site with a real URL.

The web, properly
The month you start writing code like a developer, not a student.
React, component thinking, state. This is where structure starts to matter more than cleverness, and where you learn that the code you wrote last month was fine but wouldn't survive a team.
By the end: A React application consuming live APIs.

Backend and databases
The month you can build the whole thing alone.
Servers, APIs, authentication, databases. When this month closes, you can take an idea in your head and put the entire thing on the internet without needing anyone else. That's the month people start calling themselves developers and mean it.
By the end: A full-stack app with login and a real database.

AI engineering
The month you build the thing that impresses the room.
Prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, agents, voice. This is the current frontier and it's the reason most of you came. It's also the month that only works because of months one to four — AI on top of shaky foundations is a demo, not a career.
By the end: An AI product — RAG or agent — deployed and monitored.

Capstone and career
The month we stop teaching and start preparing you.
You scope and build a capstone that's yours. Then we turn to the part nobody teaches: a resume that survives six seconds, a GitHub a recruiter will actually open, DSA for interviews, and mock interviews with engineers who conduct real ones. We'll be blunt with you here — that's what it's for.
By the end: A capstone, a portfolio, and interview readiness.

After month six
What happens next — stated precisely.
What we actually do
- Internship opportunities — real work, on real projects.
- Placement assistance— portfolio and resume work, and introductions through our network where there's a genuine fit.
- Interview preparation — DSA, system design at fresher level, and mock interviews with engineers who conduct real ones.
- Honest feedback— including when you're not ready yet. Especially then.
What we won't claim
We don't guarantee jobs, and we'd gently suggest you walk away from anyone who does. A guarantee is a marketing line — no institute controls whether a company hires you.
Bibha AI hires, and we have connections in Bangalore, Chandigarh, Delhi and Noida. We'll open every door we can reach. Walking through it is still your work.
What we'll promise instead is narrower and more useful: after six months of real effort, you'll be genuinely good enough to compete — and you'll have the deployed projects to prove it.
