Who we are
We're not a coaching institute. We're an AI company that teaches.
If you think of us as just another tuition centre, you'll only see half the picture — and the wrong half.
Almost every institute you'll visit teaches from a syllabus. Someone wrote it a few years ago, it worked, and it hasn't moved since — because the people teaching it don't build anything with it. They teach it, and then they teach it again next year.
We come at this from the other direction. We build AI products first, and the course is downstream of the work.
When a model changes, when a tool gets replaced, when something we relied on last year stops being the right answer — we find out because it breaks ourproduct on a Tuesday. That's not a curriculum committee. It's just what happens when your teachers are also shipping.
It also means we can't sell you comfortable nonsense. We know what a junior engineer is actually asked to do, because we've hired them, worked with them, and occasionally had to tell them their portfolio wasn't good enough yet. We'd rather tell you that on day one than at your first interview.
“Talent here was never the problem. Access was. A student in Pathankot is just as sharp as a student in Bangalore — they just never got shown the door.”

How Bibha AI got here.
Two years ago
Bibha AI starts
We started Bibha AI as a startup in the AI and technology space, with a simple thesis: this technology was about to change how every business runs, and there was room for a team that could actually build with it rather than talk about it.
Today
Headquartered in Palo Alto
Bibha AI is headquartered in Palo Alto, California — the heart of the US tech industry. That matters less as a boast than as a fact about the work: the standard we're held to is an international one, and that's the standard we teach to.
Today
Development centers in India
Our engineering happens at development centers in Bangalore — India's tech capital — and right here in Pathankot. So the AI products we build, and the mentors who teach you, are closer to home than you'd think.
Now
Bibha AI Labs opens in Pathankot
Not a side business. Labs exists because we need strong engineers, and we'd rather build them at home than compete for them in Bangalore. That alignment is the whole point: when you get good, we win too.

Why Pathankot
Because we're from here too.
Here's the pattern everyone in this city knows. A student is bright. They finish their degree. There's nothing here that matches what they can actually do — so at nineteen or twenty they pack a bag for Bangalore or Delhi, pay rent they can't really afford, and start from zero in a city where nobody knows their name.
Some make it. Plenty come back quietly. And a lot never go at all, not because they couldn't have done it, but because nobody ever showed them the door existed.
We want Pathankot's youth to stand on their own in the IT sector. That is the entire reason Bibha AI Labs exists.
We're not doing this out of charity — we need engineers, and we think they're already here. But we did have to find this path the hard way, and there's no reason the next person should. That's the pathway we're trying to hand over.
Remote work made geography negotiable
The reason you had to move was never the work — it was the office. That constraint is largely gone, and it hasn't fully reached this city's expectations yet.
Portfolios travel; certificates don't
A recruiter in Bangalore can open your GitHub from anywhere. They cannot open your certificate, and honestly, they wouldn't want to.
The AI window is genuinely open right now
This field is young enough that a determined student from a small city can be near the front of it. That won't be true forever — it wasn't true of web development for long.
We're staying
Labs isn't a franchise someone bought. It's ours, in our own city, and our name is on it.
Don't take our word for any of this.
Every institute claims industry connections. Most claims are unverifiable, which is exactly why they get made. So here's how to check ours: the company is public at bibha.ai. Come to the centre and ask who's teaching you and what they shipped this year. Ask us to demo a product live and watch whether it actually runs. Ask us to prove anything on this website — we'd genuinely rather you did.
You'll notice we don't show student numbers, testimonials or placement statistics anywhere on this site. That's deliberate: our first batch starts 15 September, so any number we printed today would be invented. When they're real, they'll be here.
Who we work with
The companies in our network.
Bibha AI works with companies across product, staffing and services. Their logos are shown with permission to identify those relationships.
Come and see a class before you decide.
The next batch starts 15 September. Book a free demo, ask us the hard questions, then make up your mind.
